PROPERTY TAX APPEALS
Maryland Property Tax Appeals
Our firm specializes in reducing your property’s expenses by minimizing your Property Taxes. We can reduce your Baltimore City or Baltimore County property tax liability either through the CHAP Tax Credit in Baltimore City, the Historic Property Tax Credit in Baltimore County or by appealing the current assessment in either county if you are not rehabilitating your property.
We have been appealing Baltimore City & Baltimore County property tax assessments for owner-occupants and small to mid-size rental properties since 2009. We are experts in accurately valuing your property to inform you if an appeal is worthwhile. We will not waste our time or your money. We can work at a fixed rate or on contingency of winning the appeal. Contact us to see if we can help you.
